Attorney's Fees

If Infinity takes action (by itself or through its representatives) to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, including collection of any amounts due hereunder, in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, Infinity shall be entitled to recover from you and you agree to pay, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and all costs of any litigation.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or such conflict of laws provisions of your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms and conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of the all other terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective only if in writing and signed by Infinity.

Indemnification

By accessing this web site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity from and against any and all claim(s) that may be made against it by any person, entity or company which claim(s) are asserted or alleged to arise out of or in connection with your use of this web site and/or the information contained therein.
